Student Parking Information
Please complete the 2026-2027 RUSTIN Student Parking Application to apply for a parking permit.
Student parking permits are valid for the grade level’s assigned lot. There are NO assigned student parking spaces in either lot.
Seniors will be given a senior parking permit to park in the student spaces in the lots around the school building. When all senior spaces are filled, over-flow parking for seniors is at the stadium lot.
Juniors will be given a junior parking permit to park in the stadium parking lot. Juniors may NOT park in the senior parking lot at any time.
Student parking fee: $70.00 for the school year - it is non-refundable.
If you prefer to pay by check, checks will also be accepted for payment of the $70.00 parking fee. Do not mail checks to the school. Complete your registration online and bring your check with you during one of the parking permit pick-up dates. Make checks payable to: WCASD.
Students with a completed application (including the upload of all required documents) and payment may pick up their 2026-2027 parking permit during the following summer pickup dates/times:

Parking permits not picked up during summer pickup hours will be available beginning 8/31/26 in room A333 during school hours.
Parking and Driving Regulations
- Complete the online application and submit the fee of $70 via Pay Schools. The online application requires uploading the following: student’s current driver’s license, auto insurance card, and the front and back of Form 223AG1 – signed by both student and parent/guardian. Applications and Pay Schools payment will be accepted online beginning the first Monday in August. Cash or check payments (payable to WCASD) will be accepted on the day the pass is picked up, not in advance.
- Any unsold spaces will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. At the start of the second semester, the parking fee will be $35.
- All student vehicles driven and parked on school grounds must be registered with the school and have a current parking pass properly displayed.
- All student drivers must be licensed with valid vehicle registration and current insurance coverage.
- The school is not responsible for vehicles or their contents.
- Students are NOT to park in staff parking lots, handicapped spaces, fire lanes, visitor parking spaces, or walkways.
- Regardless of weather conditions, students may park ONLY in the student lot. On snowy days, parking is more limited. Students are advised to use alternative transportation (bus or drop-off).
- Students are to abide by the school property speed limit of fifteen (15) miles per hour and all traffic signs/signals.
- Loitering in parking lots is not permitted. Students are not permitted to visit cars during school hours without approval from an administrator.
- Students are not to drive their vehicles from school grounds until the end of the school day unless traveling from /to Work Study, Allied Health, Education Practicum or TCHS.
- Students may not share or sell a parking hang tag. Students risk revocation of parking privileges and disciplinary action if tags are shared or sold.
- Students with outstanding school obligations will not be permitted to apply for a parking permit.
- Unlawful lateness to school or early dismissals may result in revocation of parking/driving privileges in accordance with Board Policy 204 and its administrative guidelines.
- Student violation of school parking/driving regulations will result in the following disciplinary action: First offense-warning, Second offense-Saturday School, Third Offense-Revocation of parking/driving privileges for the current and/or subsequent school year. Subsequent Offenses-Continued violations after revocation of parking/driving privileges may result in out-of-school suspension. Parking fees are non-refundable.
- The administration reserves the right to search vehicles parked on campus when it is reasonable to do so.
